Synopsis:	When successful lawyer Robert Woodfield is the only witness to a murder committed by a former client, he is trapped by attorney/client privilege. Wrestling with his conscience, Woodfield turns to a friend in the D.A.'s office and begins to construct an airtight case that will convict the killer. However, someone is framing Woodfield from within the police department. When Woodfield's friend is brutally murdered, all evidence points to Woodfield's wife.
