Paul Vitti (De Niro) is back in prison and seeks counseling when he gets out. Of course, he returns to his analyst Dr. Ben Sobel (Crystal) for help and finds that his friend/shrink needs some serious help himself. The high-strung doctor inherited the family practice, as well as an excess stock of stress.
