Australian stud Russell Crowe was scared for his life this weekend, as a deranged fan sent kidnapping threats to the actor. The Gladiator was in London promoting his flop-of-a-film Proof Of Life when the threats began. Sources say he was scared for his life, taking the threats very seriously. He beefed up his security, making his time at the airport like a “secret service operation.” The police have not released any kidnapper names, but maybe next week we’ll find out Meg Ryan was in London.
