Randy Quaid is looking for a little bit of that Oscar money for his work on Brokeback Mountain. The actor feels that he signed on to the project for less money with the understanding that the movie would be an "arthouse" film with little commercial viability.

Three Oscar wins and world wide box office grosses in excess of $160 million have Quaid singing a different tune. The actor claims that he was told the movie would be a low-budget offering released on a limited basis so he waived his usual 7 figure acting fee and percentage of profit to work on the movie.

His lawsuit seeks $10 million in damages based on intentional and negligent misrepresentation.
