AOL's Moviefone has the first photo of the U.S.S. Enterprise from next Christmas' Star Trek movie. (Click the image below for a super-sized shot.) The film features a younger version of the classic crew including Spock, Kirk, Bones, et al. Star Trek is being directed by J.J. Abrams.
I'm no Star Trek buff, so I'm not sure what to look for, but I wouldn't put it past J.J. to sneak some details of the film within this photo. So, Trekkies, does anything in this photo catch your eye? Let us know.
A teaser trailer for Star Trek will be running in front of Cloverfield when it's released in theaters Friday. Hollywood Chicago, via Slash Film, has a description of the video in case you can't wait.
