Consider this a counterpoint to the Superhero Movie boycott by the Star Wars fans. This clip from the new comedy opening tomorrow is the best reason I've seen to go watch it.
In order to get the joke of this parody, you'll have to have seen the leaked Scientology video starring Tom Cruise. The internal video made the rounds on the interwebs for the unintended hilarity created by Cruise's enormous self-importance. (I won't link to the video here for fear the Scientology horde come after me but you can find it in a Google search.)
OK, once you've seen the original, take a gander at this clip starring young actor Miles Fisher as Cruise. This is the best Wacky Tom impersonation I've ever seen. Much better than the one Jerry O'Connell did.
This Fisher guy is sure to land some roles thanks to this performance.
Superhero Movie arrives in theaters Friday.
