The twinkle of a young serial killer in his eyes.Every serial killer was once a cute little kid with hopes, dreams and their entire life in front of them - until something completely tragic happens. Jason Voorhees from the Friday the 13th series is no exception.
According to the folklore, Voorhees was just another kid that couldn't swim all too well and drowned while his counselors at Camp Crystal Lake did the teenage canoodling thing on shore. Never one to let something as simple as death keep him down, Jason dons a hockey mask and chops up nubile young things on an annual basis.
Brad Fuller, producer with Platinum Dunes, is blogging about the production of the reboot and shared a picture of the younger Voorhees (above - played by Caleb Guss) before he started his murderous ways. Fuller isn't only sharing nice pics, but also relating stories from the cast.
Apparently, there has already been some unintentional blood spillage on the set from the cast. You can check out all the happenings on their site.
Tell us what you think about all the remakes of classic horror movies. Personally, I think that if they are done well and in keeping with the original, they can be successful. But, the risk is great, especially with this one.
