If you enjoyed Valentine's Day, then Warner Bros. has your latest fix of huge ensemble cast films named after popular holidays in December's New Year's Eve. Personally, I avoid all the trappings of this blatant attempt to cash in on the holidays, but I will go see "Flag Day" when it comes out because there's nothing more hilarious that seeing Patton Oswalt in an American Flag diaper (and nothing else) but I digress.

As I'm sure that you've already figured out, New Year's Eve follows diverse characters and their pursuit for love, lust, adventure and at least in the case of Abigail Breslin the cover of the next Girls Gone Wild DVD, on that fateful night of all nights in New York City. Again, I stand by my assertion that this will in no way even come close to the pinnacle of all New Year's Eve in New York flicks (200 Cigarettes), but Warner Bros. is betting that it will.

From the box office receipts of Valentine's Day, it's hard to argue with their thought process on this one, but I still don't see anything that makes me want to sit through it. Of course, I am a guy and I'm pretty sure that I'm no where near this film's demographic. With a bevy of A-listers including Halle Berry, Jon Bon Jovi, Robert De Niro, Josh Duhamel, Katherine Heigl and Ashton Kutcher, Warner Bros. certainly has the star power behind their decision.

Check out the new full-length trailer below and poster to the right and let us know what you think. New Year's Eve plans to get a jump start on its titular holiday by debuting in theaters on December 9.
