If you're ready for some Avenger on Avenger action, then I'm sorry, you'll have to wait until May 6, 2016. But to whet your appetite, Marvel is priming the pump with the first trailer for Captain America: Civil War.

There's so much to see in this trailer that it bears a second viewing or a third or more. I've watched it about a dozen times and with each viewing, I've discovered something new that I had previously missed. In case you were wondering, this is indeed an example of an excellent teaser trailer.

To be honest, I wasn't expecting this trailer until the release of The Force Awakens next month, but I'll never look a gift horse in the mouth. The trailer debuted this weekend with the latest film from that other Disney property Pixar, The Good Dinosaur.

Enough of my babbling, if you haven't watched it yet, check it out now. If you have seen it, watch it again.

Now that you've seen it, did you catch the first shots of Black Panther in action? What about the potential demise of War Machine? There's Black Widow, Scarlet Witch and Hawkeye, but did I also spy Spider-Man? Nah... Or did I?

At what time do you think you saw Spider-Man? He is credited for the movie on IMDb, but I didn't see him at all in the trailer. I did see Martin Freeman briefly.

Yeah, I thought the big "criticism" was that Spidey wasn't in this one.
Where's Martin Freeman?

At about 1:22 in the trailer when Cap and Falcon are walking camera-right. They're walking towards Agent Carter and Martin Freeman.
