• Treat is married to Pamela Van Sant. They have one son, Gill and a daughter, Eleanor Claire.
• His real name is Richard Williams. Treat is a surname of his mother's family. One of his ancestors, Robert Treat Payne, signed the Declaration of Independence.
• He graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in Pennsylvania. F&M is where his passion for acting began.
• Treat starred in Broadway productions of 'Grease' and 'Hair.'
• Treat is a certified commercial pilot, helicopter pilot and flight instructor. He owns two planes, a 39 Texan T-6 (WWII era) and a twin engine Seneca.
• Treat loves to collect antiques. He acquired this hobby from his mother, who was an antique shop owner.
