• Alyssa is adorned with five tattoos including a sacred heart on her behind, a fairy kneeling in grass on her hip, rosary beads on her back, and angel on her left ankle and a garland of flowers on her right ankle.
• Alyssa decided she wanted to star on the stage after she saw the Broadway production of "Annie." Coincidentally, Alyssa landed a role in the musical when she was eight, which started her acting career.
• After a web designer posted nude pictures of Alyssa without her permission, Alyssa and her mother launched a nationwide crusade for others in her same situation. Ms. Milano was awarded $280,000 by a judge from the lawsuit she filed.
• Alyssa was engaged to actor Scott Wolf until 1993.
• Alyssa married Remy Zero lead singer Cinjun Tate in 1999. The two have since separated.
• It was a picture of Alyssa that inspired the cover art for the 1989 Disney animated movie "The Little Mermaid."
