• Juliette knows what it is like to grow up in big family. She has 11 siblings.
• Juliette dropped out of high school when she was 15. She just didn't like the "whole format" of the place, so she hired a tutor and passed the equivalency test.
• She was emancipated from child-labor laws when she was 14 so she could work more than five hour days and with no guardian present on the set.
• She was arrested when she was 15 for being underage in an underground club. Finding the incident amusing, she had her mugshot blown up to poster-size and is still a decoration in her home.
• By 1989, she had made several movies, but her role in 'Too Young To Die' caught the attention of Robert De Niro and director Martin Scorsese and they cast her for 'Cape Fear.' Juliette earned both a Golden Globe and an Academy Award nomination.
• A little on the flip side, Juliette walks around with a tape recorder to document occurences throughout the day. She believes these recordings will help "capture reality" for her future in film.
• Juliette is a member of the Church of Scientology.
• She is married to Steve Barra.
• Juliette drove without a driver's license until she was 21. She bought a car using a friend's name and had no worries until she was pulled over for running a stop sign.
