• Thora's name has an interesting story behind it. Her parents believe she was going to be a boy and planned on naming their baby after the Norse God of Thunder, Thor. So when they had a girl, they decided to feminize, hence Thora.
• Thora has a younger brother named Bolt.
• Due to creative differences, Thora was fired from the movie Election in 1999.
• Thora's big break came when she starred with Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith in Paradise. She was chosen over 4,000 other girls for the part.
