• Carla and her mother moved from Florida to California when she was five years old. They didn't stay planted though and moved constantly.
• Carla was spotted my a major modeling company in San Diego and they sent her to New York to begin her career when she was 15 years old.
• New York proved to be too much for Carla so she moved back to California. She went back to school and graduated valedictorian.
• Carla "starred" in Bon Jovi's rock video 'Always' in 1994.
• Carla and her mother lived in a teepee outside of Chicago at one time. Carla said she lived off of the land and took baths in streams.
• Her popularity took to the rise in 1996 when she landed a spot on the television series "Spin City."
• Carla is 5'5" tall.
• She was the model for L'Oreal hair products in 1999. She did a commercial.
