Damaged, Defective, or Erroneously Shipped Product:
Unopened, Resalable Condition Product:
Find the Order ID on your order history page and select Request Return for the product you wish to return. Complete the Return request by selecting the item or items you are returning and select both the condition and reason for the return and submit the request.
If your purchase was still within 30-day return window, you will be able to print a return label. Some restrictions apply.
Prepare the package for return shipping. Include a copy of your invoice inside the package and put the return label on the top of the box or envelope.
Mail your package to us using only the label that we provided to print. This is important so that your package may be tracked and the Return Authorization Number will be available to our receiving warehouse. Failure to send the package back any other way could result in your refund or exchange being delayed or canceled.
Once we receive your package, we will inspect the item and refund your money if it is in perfect resalable condition, otherwise, we will issue an exchange. In the case that the item you wish to exchange is no longer available and you are still in the 30-day return window, we will refund your money. It's that easy.
