Returns Policy – Below

Damaged, Defective, or Erroneously Shipped Product:

  • If you have received damaged, defective, or erroneously shipped merchandise, please visit the returns request area on VideoETA.com or call Customer Service at (800) 232-4186, to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number.  You must ship the item(s) back to us within 30 days of invoice to be eligible for an exchange of the same item.

Unopened, Resalable Condition Product:

  • If you have changed your mind and do not wish to keep your product, please visit the returns request area on VideoETA.com or call Customer Service at (800) 232-4186, to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number and ship the product back to us within 30 days of invoice to receive a refund to your credit card.  VideoETA will ONLY accept returns of UNOPENED merchandise in perfect resalable condition for a credit card refund. Original shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
